A LIFE-SAVING ID BRACELET

Medilog ID bracelets have the potential to save your life. Combining function and fashion, we have created a piece that is subtle and stylish on the wrist, but holds incredibly important information. It is designed specifically for those with health conditions by having all medical details engraved on the plaque to alert responders in the event of an emergency. It is exactly what the doctor ordered.
